Jane has worked in tea since 1983 as freelance editor, writer, trainer and consultant. She has written for various magazines and websites, has spoken at tea conferences around the world and has trained in international hotels and tearooms. She is now Director of Education, UK Tea Academy. Her 17 books include Jane Pettigrew’s World of Tea which won Best Tea Publication at World Tea Expo 2019.
