People who focus on health often drink tea because they see it as healthy. But in what way is it healthy? The latest research suggests that compounds in tea act on blood vessels, and may contribute to better oxygenation of muscles during exercise. Better oxygenation (and fuel delivery) in turn leads to better muscle function. In this presentation I’ll guide you through the science of muscle function and show you why tea may play an important role in helping muscle work at their best.
