In this workshop, participants will be introduced to the varied ways that botanicals can be blended with with or without camellia sinensis to create delicious, flavorful, and medicinally valuable infusions. Discussion will include 20 safe and available plants and will cover both the medicinal properties and the flavor profiles of each, as well as exploring different blending and tasting parameters. This hands-on workshop will all each participant to blend their own personal tea and take home a small sample of it.
